- Xth Sense- Since its realization in the beginning of 2011, the Xth Sense project is being presented at major academic events and venues such as Inspace, a joint research partnership between School of Informatics and New Media Scotland in Edinburgh, UK, the Pure Data mini conference at Trinity College, Dublin. Upcoming related performances and talks include the biennial Imagine Create Festival at Ulster University and the Linux Audio Conference 2011 at NUI, Maynooth, Ireland.
New media and sonic artist, teacher and performer based in Edinburgh, UK. He investigates experimental digital interaction models among Man, Nature and technology by means of self-designed responsive computing systems. Underpinned by principles of post-modernism, new media studies and open source philosophy, his works are regularly presented internationally. Donnarumma has exhibited and performed in 23 countries across South America, Europe, India, China and Australia.
He is a director for Live Performers Meeting, an international gathering of new media artists.
Donnarumma hosts workshops and talks for international academic institutions and venues on a regular basis (University of London; Glasgow Centre for Contemporay Arts; UPR Universidad de Puerto Rico; Gotland University Institute for New Media Art and Technology, Sweden; Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, Milan; Pierluigi da Palestrina Conservatory, Cagliari, Italy).
